Could I be pregnant

I'm a week after ovulation and I have a white creamy discharge having really bad cramps. I have a week till I'm supposed to start my period.. what could this possibly be? Could I be pregnant? Oh and I had unprotected sex the day before I ovulated and the day of ovulation. Please let this be good news😍😍😍
