Vitex side effects ??
Can vitex make you feel crappy? I started taking vitex late last cycle, now I’m 6dpo and I feel so tired, dizzy, tad moody and I’ve been crampy the last 2 days. I assume it’s to early for pregnancy symptoms and it’s to early for pms.
Also, I’m taking vitex to lengthen my lutheal phase, I have 22 day cycles and I was spotting then turned period around 8-9 dpo
