Advice?

Hi all! My doctor put me on provera to trigger a period. I am on Day 6 and still haven’t had a period. She said she would expect me to get it around 3-5 days. I am on a 10 day cycle so I have time but I can’t help but feel like I’m pregnant. I am having stomach pain, nausea, I am extremely tired. The other day I took a pregnancy test and there was a faint line but this morning I took FRER and it looks pretty negative. I don’t know what to do! Has anyone had a similar experience?
