HELP! Gas cramps

Hi there super anxious please help me.

I had eaten a ton of soup and got a super bad stomach ache. Pooped and then it felt a little better? I had SEVERE STOMACH cramps where I was very concerned. After I went to the bathroom it stopped, but then happened again 15 minutes later. I ran to the bathroom and these cramps were in my abdomen. I seem to have felt the gas going through my body. I went to the bathroom again and it finally ended.

I haven’t had the cramps again nor any other bleeding. Am I okay? I called my midwife and she said it sounds like gas cramps and I never had bleeding and it stopped after I went to the bathroom twice- she said she isn’t worried, is my baby okay? I am 15 weeks
