Should I test ?

So Last Month On The 29th I Lost My Baby Girl at 15 weeks . My doctor gave me the okay to try again once the bleeding stops . So my so and myself have been having sex and haven’t been preventing getting pregnant, I found out I was pregnant with my babygirl at 4 weeks . And these past few days I’ve been really tired and nauseous and my nipples was really sore this one day recently. I know it could be to soon to be pregnant again , but do you guys think I should take a test ?
