I’m feeling weird. I’m extremely nauseous I have zero appetite my back is hurting, I’ve had a headache for 3 days my vagina hurts so bad I can barely move and I’m abnormally exhausted and I have diarrheaI know I’m pregnant but this feeling is weird and different
