Prenatal vitamin with DHA 🤢
I need a recommendation for a prenatal with DHA that doesn't make you feel more sick. My last pregnancy I despised my vitamins with DHA, they tasted horrible even though you just swallow the pill. Then for hours afterwards I would burp that flavor. I gave up and bought just a plain prenatal. But I feel bad not including the DHA so I'm looking to try again.
