I’d been having pain for about 24 hours or so that just kept getting worse as time passed, and at about midnight last night I was finally able to time some of the intervals and figured they were contractions. I went into L&D and I was having contractions that were about three minutes apart, but got sent home because I was only one centimeter dilated and they found out that I had a yeast infection that triggered the contractions. So I’ve been home for 12 hours now and the contractions haven’t stopped, so I haven’t slept in almost 36 hours. 😩 I’m 38w4d and I just really want this pain to either go away or for everything else in my body to start progressing for labor. This pain is INTENSE and no medication helps with the pain or with me sleeping.
