Blood Pressure @ 30weeks3days

Just been to see my midwife as I had some bloody mucus Saturday,Sunday and today. She can’t explain the bleeding but listened to baby who is all good😍 my blood pressure however was 140/60? Is this good or not? She said it was high but nothing to worry about?? I had just rushed down to the surgery and through the car park😅
