Postpartum weight

I’m 9 months pp. I planned on trying to lose my weight right after I had my son, but I had ppd and had absolutely no motivation. My anxiety has been through the roof lately and I stress eat knowing I’ve gained so much weight. The more I think about it the more I eat and feel more out of control. What are some good workouts and meals to start on? I’m an extremely picky eater (I’m weird with textures) and that’s what has always stopped me from eating very healthy. I need help in anyway possible. I know once I start and stick with it I’ll be fine, it’s just the starting part that is getting me🙄

**also wanna add we are slightly trying again for another baby, so is it possible to still lose weight while pregnant?**
