If you get food poisoning/sick from a restaurant’s food, do you call to tell them?
A debate I was having with a friend.
She said yes, so they can remind their staff of cleanliness standards and food safety, also to possibly be comp’d the meal that made you sick.
I said no, because there’s no real way of knowing that it was the restaurant’s food that made you sick, or if you just caught a stomach bug, and calling the restaurant isn’t going to make you un-sick.
