I totally lost my cool today with my 3.5. She was hitting and biting me and her brother. I held her hands and said it wasnt safe/acceptable but she just kept going at me. I had to carry her to her room and closed the door for a bit. When I got her out she started hitting again and I yelled “stopped hitting!” And then I just felt so lost I had to go recollect and that upset her even more. After we both calmed down I apologized and owned my feelings, but I’m still feeling guilty. I just needed to get that out. Thanks for reading
