Anybody use crest white strips?

Can you tell me your experience w them please ? thinking about trying them out

I use them, try to only keep them on for the 30 minutes, it’s gonna hurt if you leave them on longer. Just follow directions as they come and you should be okay.

They made my teeth sensitive and it eventually hurt too much to keep doing it.

I used to use them but they made my teeth very very sensitive. They worked well. The pain ended up not being worth it tho for me.

I personally think they’re a waste of money. Hydrogen peroxide (used correctly, be careful) or coconut oil with turmeric have given me great results!
