Do I keep testing

I got my peak ovulation test yesterday...and today the app said ovulation should happen today ...do I keep testing with the opks or can I stop now 
..first month trying so I'm new to this

I always test the next day or two just to see if my LH levels went down

I have pcos so I’ve always continued to see if I peak again. If you don’t have anything like that then you’re probably fine to stop.
