Line progression - does it mean anything?

I see a lot of posts about line progression on tests. I was just wondering is this a good measure of a “healthy” pregnancy at all or it doesn’t really mean all that much once you get a positive? I have previously had chemical pregnancies and I don’t recall having a very strong line ever, but I can’t really remember.

Going to the doctor next week so haven’t got a blood test yet.

Interested in everyone’s thoughts/opinions.
