What it means is the day before you ovulate would be higher because the egg will be releasing on ovulation day. Too give the sperm more time to meet the egg you should BD day before ovulation and day off and after. When yoo day ovulation tests when its positive thats usually peak which means you can ovulate anywhere between 12-36 hours i believe after the test has been taken.
