Plan B & Period

So i am 1 day away from my expected period according to the app, Today i woke up spotting and only filled up a liner i am on my second one now but anything barely comes out when i go use the restroom but it hasn’t passes that ever since.. i feel very ligh cramps like I can barely feel them. I took plan b on the 17th of Nov? Y’all think its my period? 🥺🥲😢
