When being induced can you ask for epidural before the start of the medication? Or after being induced

Depends on how you are being induced/how far your body has progressed.

I waited for the pitocin to kick it more I got the epidural at 6cm 20 minutes later I was fully dilated

Just go with it until the pain becomes too much. You don't want to have a catheter in you for hours and hours if your labor ends up long

I waited till the pitocin kind of kicked in. I wasn’t having any bad contractions when I went in to be induced. It was nice being able to still walk around and go to the bathroom. Once you get the epidural, you’re confined to the bed

Thats a good question , I read that they give you a set time to let your body to get through it naturally as possible then they'll let you know when you should look at pain relief methods.
