Do I need to be concerned ?

I’m on month 3 of taking a combo birth control pill (Tri-Sprintec). I had my withdrawal bleeding/“period” a week ago. I’m starting to feel nauseous and crampy (weird taste in my mouth and lower stomach cramps, tender boobs). I have intercourse with my boyfriend and we always use protection and haven’t had any recent issues with protection. There’s no way I could be pregnant, correct?
