Has anybody had an IUD removed while on their period? I have an appointment for Wednesday and I can feel it coming. I’m hoping it holds off but it’s not likely. It’s really hard to get an appointment with this doctor and I’m eager to start trying for #2. I googled it and the google machine says it’s actually easier during your period. The only reason I’m considering it is because it would be the same doctor who delivered my daughter and already saw me in all my post delivery yucky glory. Would it be gross to not cancel? When I called the office they said they could still do it.
