Help please!!

I been taking these for about a month now along with a prenatal. I am now 5 days passed my period to start and not pregnant. I did what website said take these with a prenatal if you have a regular cycle. Now I’m thinking I messed up my cycle and don’t know when it will get back to normal and if I should just stop taking them. I got all my regular symptoms for AF and no Af. Has this happened to anyone and what did you do? Please help im just trying to conceive.
