Previous Csection question!!!!

This might sound like a dumb question but I’m honestly generally curious/ worried.

Can a previous Csection affect your fertility in a negative way??

Asking because I got pregnant with my twins first month ttc with them. I had an Emergency cesarean with my twins back in October 2018. I had some complications with hemorrhaging.

We’re now trying for baby #3 and we’re on cycle 4 trying. I also had a chemical pregnancy back in March. I’m honestly just worried something might be wrong. But I know it can take a healthy couple up to a year to conceive but it’s hard for my mind not to go in a negative direction. 😭😭😭
