First time going to a lady doctor

Soo I’m 18 and I’m finally going to a gynecologist. I already know that I would have to get a pelvic and a breast exam, I’m more concern on how everything needs to look. My mother never really helped me with cleaning and grooming down there I’ve just been winging it until now. So can someone help me out? Like I have not a lot but pimple like on it and I have dark spots on my thighs that’s close to my vagina. I have anxiety and ptsd from my past and Im just scared that there is going to be judgement when I’m at the doctor. I know that the doctor isn’t supposed have judgement but I feel like there would be judgement there
