I’m 11.5 weeks pregnant and have had my vaginal area be sore all morning and I just went pee and wiped and there’s this blood tinged discharge and it smells fishy

Discharge should not smell. I would call your doctor.

I have had the same thing for weeks 11w6days my doctor told me I was just spotting a little old blood that was coming out with my discharge and she told me it was normal when she checked me. If your really concerned call your doctor.
