Long nails with baby?

My sister is coming to visit for a few days (we live long distance) after I have my baby. She goes to the nail salon regularly and always keeps her stiletto nails maintained. She’s going to the salon today so I mentioned that it might prevent her from doing much with the baby because I’m worried she will accidentally scratch my baby and worried about germs since acrylic nails have been shown to harbor more bacteria. She got huffy. I would think long or stiletto nails would not be recommended around a newborn. I want to respect she can dress however she likes but she also needs to respect that as a new mom I want to protect my newborn. Here’s a picture of how she normally keeps her nails.
