Ovulation

Yesterday morning I got a positive on my opk and it stayed positive throughout the day. I had increased ewcm and intense left sided cramps for the whole day. This morning my opk was back to negative. Cramps are gone, and no noticeable discharge. Does it sound like my body is done with ovulation, or it at least attempted it?
