Cramping and twinges normal?
I’m 4 weeks 5 days today. Been having on and off cramps in my abdomen especially the sides where ovaries are and lower back. Super mild. Very brief. Mostly happens if I made sudden movements. Normal? I’m afraid cuz I had a miscarriage in July.
