How to deal with head colds in early pregnancy

I'm almost 8 weeks and am getting a pretty bad head cold, I do have a lowered immune system and don't really know what I can do apart from taking panadol as everything else seems to not be recommended. I'm just so tired and bla feeling while still trying to run around after 2 kids and just really having a woe is me moment.. my partner is trying to help and be supportive but isn't really helping much dispite his efforts. I never got sick with any colds or flus when pregnant with my 2 kids so this is new to me
