Everyday or every other day?!

I’m just wondering opinions on having sex every other day during your fertile window VS everyday...with my first two we conceived doing every other day but this go around we have been going through secondary infertility and wondering if it would make a difference if we had sex everyday 🤷🏼‍♀️ I always thought sperm needed time to “replenish”

My two doctors say every other day. The specialist I wish I could have days every other day also.

I think they only need 24 ish hours to replenish so I don’t think it makes much of a difference if it’s daily or every other day! I just know you shouldn’t do it more than once a day

It’s recommended to have sex every other day leading up to positive opk than have sex that day and following two. Having sex daily can actually hurt your chances because sperm can “regenerate” as quickly. That’s why when you do like a semen analysis you have to sub stain from sexual intercourse for a few days.
