Milk supply is dropping...!
I use to produce 5-6 oz every 4 hours but now it's only 4 and my left breast produces 1oz while my right produces 3oz. I wanted to breastfeed for at least a year maybe 2. My LO is 4 months old. Any ideas? I thought it was stress- induced but I don't know. My diet hasn't changed. I drink water all the time. I just ordered brewers yeast and I just started taking fenugreek capsules 2 capsules 3x/day
