I have a funny question
I have lost 60 lbs from good diet, metformin and working out. I used to get up and run everyday but stopped doing that in the beginning, I just enjoyed being inside to work out more.
Anyways I went to run tonight because it was good and cool AND MY BUTT WAS JIGGLING AND IT HURT. I’m not kidding when my butt just bounces it’s very painful and I don’t know what I’m doing wrong lmfao all I know is that when I run, my butt cheeks hurt.
How can one run without hurting ones own butt
