I have had a headache for three days. Extreme lower back pain, spotted light pink two days ago and then nothing. Feel a burning sensation all over my stomach and having light on and off cramps on my sides and lower stomach. Also exhausted like I got in bed at 7pm and have been queasy for a week. What symptoms did you have ?

I’ve been pregnant twice & my first sign is always extreme lower back aches. I would get tested.

If you’ve been nauseas for a week, you would be able to test and see a positive result. Other than that, sounds like dehydration and a miserable start to a period!

Spotting for 2 days sounds like a lot for implantation, sounds more like a light period
