Berberine safety TTC?
My naturopathic doc put me on a low dose of Berberine but I’m a little concerned since there is conflicting info on whether it’s safe or not in early pregnancy...
I trust my doc but am nervous about potential harmful effects if I happen to get pregnant (been trying for 2 cycles)
I only take 200mg/day and would likely stop taking it after a BFP...
Anyone else take berberine while TTC?
