Well once the foreskin detaches from the hed of the penis it needs to be cleaned. Do not force the foreskin back as this can cause issues. But once its detached it needs to be cleaned not only for hygiene but to prevent infections. Your pediatrician can advise you on good resources to look at if you dont want circumcision.
