Loosing weight

Tips for me I had a baby a year ago gained more weight after I had a c section now I’m 5”7 200 pounds and 20 yrs old. I also sprained my foot a while back n can walk but not a lot it still kinda hurts so I can’t really do anything workouts. I’m trying to eat healthy but I still live with my parents since I’m a single mom and don’t have much money so all I can eat is what I have here and we don’t really have healthy food and also I can’t waste food so I just eat what my mom makes for everyone. I just hate being insecure and feeling fat and disgusting 😭 I want to loose weight on my stomach n get my butt bigger also I have stretch marks on my lower back above my butt n all over my stomach.. thanks for any tips
