This irritates me the most.

So at my place of work one of the employee bathrooms has a code to unlock it on the out side of the door and then a lock on the side so you can lock it when your using the restroom. There is also a sign on the door that you can change on the out side that says in use. So as I am using the restroom I chang we the sign to in use and I lock the inside. Well when someone punches in the code you can hear it so I say someone is in here and they still tried to open the door. Its like hello. First of all have you ever heard of knocking and the sign on the door clearly says in uses and it is locked from the inside not to mention. I had said someone was in here. I have never knocked on a bathroom door just to make sure no one is in there. It just really grinds my gears.
