I was 11+6....and no us just doppler! Hb was 160s! He said I won't have an us til closer to 20 weeks. Which seems to be the norm in this area if you aren't high risk or no concerns. It finally seems real!

I boiled water and then put my head over it with a cloth over my head and let the steam in my sinuses. That rest, and fluids is the only thing that helped me.

have you found anything that works the clinic said Sudafed but I'm unsure about taking it
