So I may not end up getting the 6 weeks paid maternity leave i was originally supposed to get because you need to work at least 20 hrs a week and my job dropped my hours since I'm getting so close to having baby and they don't want to over schedule me or something. But if I don't work at least 20 hrs then I don't get paid leave and we NEED my income to barely make our bills. Does anyone know if the state (california) or government offers any sort of maternity leave programs? Im seriously stressing about us not being able to afford our rent or anything once I go on maternity leave :/
