For mamas who have had success with Ferber Method-I have a few questions.
(I know of all of the awesome sleep trainers on Insta-I don’t have an extra $100 right now-so I’m just crowd sourcing for experience :) )
When doing this method-what do you consider a “start over” time? Say you go in after a time interval, and baby won’t calm. What do you do then? Do you just do the normal attempt and then start the timer over?
At what point do you give in (for naps) and just get baby up?
Any other tips greatly appreciated. Iveused this method successfully on my older kids-but can’t remember everything.
