I’ve been with my bf for 2 years. I asked him in the beginning of the relationship if he had anyone he’s previously talked to on snap (he had a snap and I didn’t but I got one to be able to snap him and he’s my ONLY Snapchat friend) he told me no. About 8 months in he was snapping a girl and she wrote a damn page and when I leaned over and asked who wrote you a book he closed it immediately. So we talked about it and he explained it was just a girl from high school (5 years out) and showed me the message so I said oh okay no big deal then (he said he didn’t know why that was his reaction) Well a couple days ago I saw that there were a couple girls he had VERY intimate relationships with snapping him recently. And the girl he said was a friend from high school he actually talked to romantically also (found the texts in an old phone he gave me) So I’m bent about the fact that he lied to me first and foremost, but am I wrong for wanting to tell him to delete them off of snap? I don’t have any previous people I’ve been even remotely romantic with on any social media platforms out of respect for him and our relationship so I feel super disrespected rn. We have a 6 month old daughter too so it’s a little extra painful finding this kind of stuff.
