Miscarriage at 9 weeks
Empty sac on both transvaginal & abdominal ultrasounds at 9w1d. Saw a heartbeat at 7w, but must have had a miscarriage in between. No bleeding or spotting yet.
What are the pros and cons of my options? What should I expect to happen now?
