Yesterday, I had went in for my 1st ultrasound. My LMP is saying I’m 8 weeks 3 days and the baby is only measuring 6 weeks 1 day with no heart beat. Dr is concerned because at 4 weeks I went give blood work and my hCG level was at a 66 so I should be 8 weeks by now. The dr is telling me it’s most likely a missed miscarriage and I have to go back Tuesday for another ultrasound to see if everything is okay or not. Has this happened to anyone and the dr was wrong?

Also I have never had any bleeding nor cramping if I did miscarried 2 weeks ago
