So I’m only just less than 5 weeks. Starting yesterday i keep getting these sharp/quick pains only on my right side feels like around my right ovary. But now I’m starting to worry it’s Fallopian tube and possibly ectopic..

Has anyone had this kind of one sided pain and it not be ectopic? And for those of you who have had an ectopic pregnancy, is this something you experienced?
