Temping help? Best thermometer for temping? Ava?

Hey y'all. I'm 6 months in ttc and one early  miscarriage (first month trying). 
I use opks but would like to start temping. I'm not sure how it'll work for me as I'm a night shift nurse. 
Any recommendations for good thermometers (Amazon's all have mixed reviews) and also how I can temp on my night shift days? 
Best apps for charting temps?

I love my Ava because it means I don’t have to manually temp. I don’t think you can go wrong with any of those fertility trackers, like TempDrop or OvuSense, if you’re willing to spend the money. They make tracking very convenient.
If you want to use an oral thermometer for traditional BBT tracking, I recommend the iProven or easy@home brand thermometers. For apps, Kindara, OvaGraph, and Fertility Friend are all great.
