Severe dizziness on period?

Has anyone had abdomen cramps, heavy period, with severe dizziness on first day of period? Usually my period is just heavy, this month is so far awful. My period was 4 days late was cramping horribly the morning I finally got it. Now I'm laying in bed and I'm extremely dizzy with a headache and the cramps are getting bad :( 
The dizziness with the headache is also making me feel dazed and out of it too.

Is it possible that you are anemic, or you have some other type of blood disorder, your iron levels could be low, your blood pressure could be low, could be hormonal, it could be your blood sugar, dizziness can also be from vertigo caused from the inner ear, maybe you’ve had an ear infection recently or pressure in your ear from traveling, I would go and get checked out checked out because that is not normal, you could also have underlying issues like PCOS, endometriosis, or anything else. If you could try drinking one of those shakes called ensure, it may help with if your iron is low, also know that if you take iron supplements, it does cause constipation, maybe try eating some protein, dark leafy green vegetables, they have a lot of iron in them, whether you are a meat eater or not, liver has a lot of iron, redmeat, If you don’t feel like taking iron supplements, my mother actually fixed her anemia by drinking ensure daily￼￼. However I have issues with my hemoglobin I have something called thalassemia which is in curable blood disorder that makes me anemic and no matter what they try and do it doesn’t go away, it’s one and four children born of Middle Eastern decent can get the condition, it’s not as bad as sickle cell anemia that I need blood transfusions or anything like that, but it definitely sucks the life out of me when I have my cycle. Honestly I would go and get checked out, and find out what is going on because your cycle should never be that bad. There’s probably something else going on that needs to be addressed.

Yes, this does happen to me. Occasionally the dizziness will make me feel extremely nauseous to the point of vomiting. Do you wear glasses by any chance? I think it might have something to do with my glasses (needing a new prescription maybe)￼ and PMS. The only thing that helps is lying down and drinking a shit ton of water. Sometimes I think it’s dehydration, but I drink a lot of water, so I’m not sure. But it feels like dehydration.￼

Me !! I swear it’s the worst feeling ever, I get like this the day before, with a major migraine & then once I start bleeding it’s so much worse , pain wise , dizziness, light headed , migraine. I think it’s the amount of blood we are losing
