I drink 2 cups of decaf per day. There’s a brand I like called Kicking horse coffee and they use the Swiss water process to remove the caffeine so there’s no harmful chemicals. It honestly tastes just like regular coffee it’s soo yummy.

They say up to 200mg is safe. During transfer cycles I only had decaf though. I started drinking caffeinated teas around 6-7 weeks and started having a "real" coffee here or there starting at around 11w. Still being conscious of my caffeine intake though.
At the end of the day, Im sure 200mg is safe but it's really about how you feel!

My RE has told me all the way through that up to 200mg is fine during the fertility treatments & pregnancy and to enjoy my cup if that's what I want. I found myself feeling guilty for so long about dang coffee so it's a question I've asked her a few times over the last 2 years! But her answer hasn't changed. I switched to decaf though after my positive test just cuz but if I feel I'm really needing the caffeine I wouldn't be opposed either but I still only have 1 cup a day. Coffee helps my sanity.

I think the most common advice I've seen is that 1 cup a day is fine. I try to replace coffee with green tea because it has less caffiene.
