My periods started 3 days before glow had predicted and the flow is surprisingly light..i am

Barely bleeding..usually i have heavier day 1 and 2 where i need to change at least 3-4 times during the day..this cycle the flow seems to be like its on day 4 with cramps and sore breast.. i am also getting hot flashes occasionally..is this early menopause? I am 34..also trying to conceive #2..

As u can guess i am thoroughly confused of what is happening to my body :(
