Negative pregnancy test in morning but positive by mid day??

Y’all...something strange is going on. I test in the morning, I don’t see anything, except maybe a shadow that I convince myself is from line eyes. But mid day test come back, looking maybe positive? This has happened for a couple days now. I convinced myself that they were dye runs yesterday. But now it happened again!! Has anyone been pregnant for real but only having positive tests during the day??? Was thinking my period should have been here yesterday at the latest but she still hasn’t come and I’m sitting here wanting to just cry.
