I have been going to a family practitioner for years and I just went in for my "confirmation of pregnancy" appointment. I really like the practice but they don't have any doctor's that use the hospital close to my house. My husband wants me to use the one close to our house mainly for convenience but also because it is nicer and we have many friends that have had their babies there.

Curious how people choose doctors and if the doctor or the hospital was a higher factor for you. I'm sure this hospital has great doctor's I've just never worked with them before so it's more unknown.

Also the hospital's website has a place to book an appointment. Wondering if this is how anyone has found their doctor.

Has anyone switched doctors during their pregnancy?

I'm currently 4 1/2 weeks pregnant so I guess I just need to find somewhere that can get me in in a few weeks.
