Should I tell my manager?

Recently things have been so stressful at one of my jobs. Caused a lot of emotional distress and heartache. Things are getting better tho now that some things are getting sorted out. My mental health has been meh lately and it has been messing with how I view my performance at work. I get too hard on myself and I feel like my efforts aren’t enough. It makes me so discouraged and anxious as I prepare for a shift tomorrow.

So question is...do I mention this to my manager? I wouldn’t mention that it stems from my depression and anxiety. And if I should what should I say?
